Re-installing Acer Laptop Realtek microphone function

I deleted my Acer Laptop Realtek microphone from my audio setup and would like to re-install it. I can no longer find it as an option. How may I re-install that?

Try a refresh of the RealTek audio. Go to the Device Manager, Sounds section. RIGHT click on the entry for the RealTek to highlight it and then LEFT click "Uninstall". DO NOT uninstall the drivers. Restart the PC and when Windows starts it will reinstall the audio. The may take care of it.
