Random crashes.. BSOD. EVENT ID 1001.

Hi, guys I've recently gotten some random BSOD.. out of the blue (lol :p) these past few days. Built my rig about 2-3 weeks ago and ran fine now its bug after another. These BSOD are the worst though it's happenning frequently and i have no idea why. After a few restarts it will be stable for the mean time such as right now, but the BSOD will strike again when im off gaurd.

EDIT 1: i've unlocked my cores to run quad core. 4th core was unstable, disabled that. tried 3 cores was stable on prime 95. Went and defaulted BIOS running dual core everything stock no BSOD yet. Just wanted to mention that if it related to the crashings.
EDIT 2: Nope just BSOD again... Checked Event Viewer and this was logged multiple timeswithin the 2 minutes of the BSOD.

(x) = Number of times logged in 1-2minute range.

You have some really out of date driver:
Code:

update them first because 2,3 old driver are notorious cause for BSOD in window7

Alright I updated the EVGA Precision, cant seem to find the RealTek one ill try to google more though. The code below shows my memory might be corrupted? I just bought it  I dont know if i can take it back now.. i cant fork out another $100 to replace it. I will run memtest to see if any errors appear. So far i haven't gotten a BSOD yet. But I'm not for sure since it happens randomly, it's stable as of now but im not getting my hopes up since this happens all the time with all the errors popping up out of no where with the multiple event id errors i've given you then follows up with a bsod. I just dont get it my rig was running fine for more than a week and all of a sudden this happens. Thanks for your reply and help btw, Tuan it's greatly appreciated.

edit: updated both drivers. ran system file check with no errors. (did not find any inegrity violations.)

Prima facie, it looks like you've disabled some required windows services. To start with, please enable and set to automatic startup the following services:

1) Network location awareness. Click on the service to check its dependancy services and enable them as well.
2) SSDP
3) UPnP

No, I havent looked at the dump.

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

I haven't seen you update the drivers that I mentioned, I suspect they probably the cause

With that many out of date driver, there is no surprise that you got BSOD. I truly suggest to work on them first.

What third party antivirus are you using?

I need help finding these drivers esp. BIOS64.sys, BS_I2cIo.sys, and RTCore64.sys. I tried searching them online and no results on where to download newest ones or I just plainly suck at this :(. Is there a way I can do it by just searching for the file on my computer and try to update it with windows? and the pcouffin.sys is apart of a dvd burning program I dont think i can update it. How do i update my Bios? What should I do? Thanks for your help!~

and i have set all these services to automatic, ill see how it goes now
1) Network location awareness. Click on the service to check its dependancy services and enable them as well. ( was already automatic )
2) SSDP ( was manual )
3) UPnP ( was manual )

Have you read completely the code I post from left to right, at the end I provided you the link which can guide you how to download it.
For the BIOSTAR, you can go to their manufacture site and download the driver, make sure you know what program that you have on your system use those driver
BIOSTAR :: Download

Here is for RTCore64: (I'm not sure if new update is avaible for 64 bit, and that's where the problem is)

Ok so i started up my pc today was working, Avast told me it couldn't automatically update. So I went in Avast and manually updated and BSOD. Restarted now running stable checked event viewer no more of the multiple event id errors now only 2 logged which was 1001 and 1005 BugCheck. Could it be that Avast is causing these problems now, it is asking me to update again and should I? It didnt even save a minidump..? Heres a SS of the BSOD.

EDIT: @ Tews yes, I know the posting instructions but my PC did not even save a .dmp when it BSOD today.

@Johnathan King, i downloaded the BIOS utility and it said I have the lastest BIOS.

make sure you have set your system to create minidump:
Windows 7:
Go to Start and type in "sysdm.cpl" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Click on the Advanced tab
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
Ensure that "Automatically restart" is unchecked
Under the Write Debugging Information header select "Small memory dump (64 kB)" in the dropdown box
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as "%systemroot%\Minidump" (without the quotes)
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
If you are using any program such as CCleaner, they may clean out your minidump folder, please double check that
