Seatools, Hitachi, and Western Digital have options to repair bad sectors.
But I'd have to wonder if that's all that's wrong.
I'd contact the reseller and ask to return it.

At work if we encounter bad sectors we NEVER repair them.
We insist upon installing a new hard drive.

Also, repairing bad sectors can cause data loss - so backup everything first!

I had the hard drive replaced, the brand new hardrive is making the same noises, I wondered wether it could be something connected to the hardrive so I plugged in my old broken one but that one didn't make any noise. It sounded normal, that hard drive is 500 gb and. My new one is 1 tb do you think it's because the size? Because I don't think its a coincidence to have the same problem with two of the hardrives in a row

Hard Drive1 Serial ATA hard disk up to 1 TB
is there a problem because my hard drive is actually 1TB? does it need to be under a TB?
