Hello,

NOTE: Sorry if my English fails, I'm dutch and only 13.
NOTE: I'm going on holiday for some days and probably read this again on sunday.

For about 4 months I receive BSOD and it's getting worse and worse. Last week i've got 3 of them a day.

Error codes:
0x0000003b (2 times)
0x0000001a (8 times)
0x00000050 (4 times)
0x0000004e (2 times)
0x0000000a (3 times)
0x00000024 (2 times)

The dump files are in this post as an attachment.

System specs:
-Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
-It's the original installed OS.
-It's the OEM.
-The age of the system is now around 1 year and 11 months.
-The age of the OS is also around 1 year and 11 months.

I've got an external harddisc with an age around 5 months.

Thanks for your help.

Many of us on the forums actually do not recommend automated optimization tools for Windows 7. Windows 7 does a much better job of handling its own optimization than its predecessors did. We especially do not recommend registry cleaning as an "optimization" step because automated registry cleaning causes more harm to the registry than it actually repairs.

In the future, if you need help optimizing Windows 7, please post a thread in Performance & Maintenance - Windows 7 Forums or follow the tutorial enclosed in that forum to http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...ws-7-a.html?filter[2]=Performance Maintenance.

Your hard disk controller drivers are all out of date. Considering that some of your blue screen crashes are hard disk related, I suspect the out of date controller drivers may be the underlying cause. What is the model of your HP so we can help you find the drivers for it? I know it is a Compaq Presario CQ71, but there are six of these, so a little help would be great.

HP does not seem to give general support for you model. You may have to contact them for the controller drivers.

A second option is to determine what controller drivers you have installed: Log in as an administrative user -> Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Device Manager -> Expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers -> Upload a screenshot to your next post

Okay, you should be able to get a driver update for the Intel controller drivers from Intel® Driver Update Utility

You should continue to the Intel drivers links even if it says your drivers are valid. Just because they are valid does not mean they are up to date.
