reinstall windows 7 evaluation copy?

i'd like to format my pc, was curious how i could go about doing so while running the evaluation copy?

why not just use a thrid party program such as gparted to format your drive, then reinstall??

If you still have the RC and license key, then just boot from the DVD/flash, select "Connect to the internet during install" to get important Updates during install, then Custom, then Advanced drive tools to Delete, create any New partition(s), and Format before install.

In March, the RC will start shutting down every two hours to remind you to move on to a clean install of purchased Win7, until early June expiration date. If you boot from the DVD to get the cleanest possible formatted install, it will scan your HD and see the prior OS to allow you to use an Upgrade key.

What help do you need?

Do you want us to Google for the RC and keys for you?

The RC is extremely buggy old beta. If you can find it and keys, then good luck with that.

Did you want to re-arm (extend) your evaluation copy? I believe you can do it four times (120 days) total. Open command prompt and type

slmgr -rearm

Hit enter and it should extend. You can go look in system properites to confirm, you might have to restart your computer.
