Repetitive BlueScreen problem

Hi all,
I just did a clean install of windows 7 ultimate x64 on my system:

Asus P5Q3 Deluxe motherboard
Intel Core2Quad 2.83gHz
Geforce gtx285 1024 mb
4 gb DDR3 Kingston RAM 1333mHz
1TB samsung HDD 7200 rpm

However, I got this error this morning:

I was not at my pc when this occured to I do not know whether the screen actually went all blue or if the screen just froze. My pc is not, or has ever been, overclocked and it is 2½ years old.

I attached the files as instructed in the BSOD posting thread, hope that helps.

ASACPI.sys the 2005 version is a huge cause of BSODs

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "
ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005
)

Update the Marvell yukon Network driver http://www.marvell.com/support.html

I am pretty sure my drivers are up to date but the netqork drivers have been updated again.
Could it be anything else like error 0x124 for instance? A friend suggested that to me

Nothing about 0x124 was mentioned in the dumps
