Solved Replace file? Have to click "Yes" Twice. Why?
C'mon ye ole Guru's HELP!
When I drag and drop a file that I have made changes to into a folder where the unchanged file resides I get the normal window below. If it is multiple files I get the Yes To All option. No Matter What I do I have to click the Yes, with a single file twice, the same for multiple files and clicking the Yes To All button. If I want to cancel I have to hit it twice!
Why?

Are there Folders included? It will ask once for Files and again when replacing a Folder. If that's the case, it's normal. I also think (?) it will ask for each File type .

You can also hit "Y" on the keyboard. It should speed things up.

No folders included and the same file type.
They are spread sheets. I make changes and then drag and drop into the root of other hard drives for backup where they overwrite the previous versions.

I found out what is going on, not a fix but here it is.
I run dual displays on a card with two DVI inputs. I usually have the source folder "Documents" on one display and the destination folder "Computer" showing the list of drives on the other display. One day I had both folders on the same display and it worked as normal asking me if I want to replace the file(s). BAM, one "Yes To All" and its done.
If I have one folder on each display it asks me twice with the same message even if I choose "Yes To All".
If I have one folder on one display and the other spanning across both displays it will only need one confirmation.
SheesH! I'm just glad I got to the bottom of it.
