Reserve screen space

I recently downloaded RainMeter and put the 30px taskbar at the top of my screen. the problem is that icons at the top of my screen stay under the bar. Can i make it so that icons are spaced to not be under there?

Try to drag them a little below.

they are on the grid, and I dont want to turn the grid off.

You have to change the place of either the icons or the rainmeter bar, if you dont want them to overlap

well like there isnt some kind of program for this or something?

I mean, the bar is at thge top of my screen. If i move my icons 1 space down they look weird cause theres all that empty space.

Iv actually tried that before, and I didnt like it because it wasnt free, and it would make the dock always visible over my browsers, photoshop ect.

It's free...
And if this isn't it, I highly doubt any program will do what you want. You'll have to have someone custom make the program for you, as people probably don't want their icons sitting below the meter, but not windows...
