Roku + cable tv connection

[FONT=&quot]Don't watch Comcast cable TV more. Have Roku and Uverse internet. Do they work without cable TV? Can I ditch cable TV? ellenc[/FONT]

Roku does require an Internet connection to work. You will need at least an Internet only service, with a speed of up to 18 Mbps. High Definition Streaming requires approximately 12 Mbps speed.
