run time error when opening setup file

Microsoft seems to think this is caused by a known trojan, so I would first get MBAM and run that to see if it can find anything. https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/

What is the setup file for, what program are you trying to install. Sounds like it's a good thing it's not installing to me.
