Dear Sirs

1- I have Vuego Scan Brisa640U, it was working fine under windows 7 x32.

2- Now I want to install it onWindows 7 x64 SP1

3- The driver did not work, and in compatibility mode it did not work

4- I searched in Google andfound driver “Scanner Acer Flatbed 340U-640U Driver win7 x64”

5- This driver was installedcorrectly, and now my scanner is shown in Device manager as Acer Flatbed 640Uwithout any yellow mark.

6- However when I try to scanusing any program such Windows fax and scanner, IrfanView, I always receive error “No scanners weredetected”

7- Also from Control panel, when I right click the scanner and select new scan, I receive error “You need aWIA driver” to use this device.

Any help will be appreciated

Best regards

Alaa
