Solved Set the Registry Size Limit to "unlimited"

For all those "non-believers" in this registry change. It definitely helps fix all errors you get while installing SQL Server 2012 on a Win7 machine! I didn't come across this thread for that issue, but this is just awesome!

Download and Run CC

Just download CCleaner and run the registry check 3 or 4 times, fix all the issues then restart the installation, worked for me. no registry limit in w7, period
