Setting printer permissions in Windows 7

Sharing doesn't do it. There are complicated check boxes in setting the permissions that I'd appreciate being explained to me. Keeps me from sharing my printer on my network

That tutorial was for windows 7, but in any event, try this
Permissions - Allow or Deny Users and Groups
