Solved Setup for Absolute Uninstaller error code; 740

at the end of installation of this seemingly good uninstaller program provided in the top of the forum called great programs for windows 7, i got an error that reads

Unable to execute file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Absolute Uninstaller\uninstaller.exe
Create Process failed; code 740
The requested operation requires elevation.

any idea on how to fix?

Never mind installed correctly anyway

Program installed anyway after error code, im sure its fine now
