Sharing Folders

I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium. There are 2 user accounts on this computer. How can a share a folder between both users

Do you have a Homegroup setup in your network, if the Operating Systems are all Windows 7?

I have a workgroup set up, do I also need a homegroup. How do I add an external hard drive connected to my router by Ethernet.

If all computers have Windows 7 O/S you should have a Homegroup network setup and not Workgroup. We've provided you links to help you setup your home network properly.
