I've just upgraded my office PC to Win7 Profeessional 32bit.
I have some problem on sharing permission.

I'm on a domain network. When I s
In WinXp:
If I share a folder "DATA" with Full Control permisson:
- Shared Users "Jack" can create (as well as modify/change) folder/file inside DATA folder.
- Shared Users "Michael" can create folder/file inside DATA folder.
- Admin of the PC has full control of all.
- Jack can Read Michael's folder/files, can creates folder/file inside Michael's Folders; but Jack canNOT change/modify Michael's Files, since Michael is the file's creator.

I want to do exactly the same way on WIndows 7 professional but I have the problem: Jack canNOT rename/delete the file Michael created but he can change the content of the files (for example: Jack can change&save the content of data.doc that Michael created). it means creator have no permisson over reader.

I think I should do some configuration on Security Settings but have no ideas, I try several ways but in vain.
I'm just a newbie on Win7 so please kindly show me how to config this.
Thanks so much in advance for your helps.
(any screen captures of configuration will be appreciated a lot).

You sometimes need to take ownership of a file or folder in order to modify it's contents. The link below will show you how to add a take ownership shortcut to your file options.
