Slow browser speed when using IE 11 thru windows 7 home 64 bit

Hi I have an issue with my internet explorer 11 where I have to wait 2-4 seconds before the desired page is displayed.I downloaded Linux Ubuntu(the latest version on a separate HDD)and I was amazed how quickly the web pages opened with safari which kinda told me there may be a hardware issue perhaps.So I go back to win 7 home 64bit and I go to settings>manage add ons in IE 11 adblock is disabled and there is nothing else in there,So bottom line I'm back to square 1 so I need some help.Thank you for your time,tech1126

Make sure you switch to Show all add-ons on the bottom left column to see all of them.
You can also switch to run without permission too and be amazed on how many MS add-ons are listed
