Slow PC What else could I test

Hello

My PC is running slow, Specially seen when Excel refresh is screen

I did test for
- File integrity with SFC /Scannow
- a virus with Kaspewrski
- a Malware with MalwareBytes
- Test the video card, even test with another graphic card
- Ad-Awhare

My pc is run with Win 7 64
- Processor: Q6600
- Memory : 6 gig
- SSD Intel Drive

What other test could I perform to found the problem.
