Small Cloud Based System Recommendations

Hi All,

I am looking for a small cloud based system that would allow the following activities:

• Finances (Buy Price, Sell Price, Profit etc..)
• Notes Section for people to share their thoughts
• Plus and other features that may be possible

I don't mind if it is hosted on a secure site or hosted on a server at someones home and made available to others (Would need making secure somehow).

Ideally free but paid solutions would be good to look at too.

I would be grateful for any ideas and/or experience anyone has had with something similar as my expertises in this field is very limited.

Nowdays you can get a simple system designed and coded for you for about £250.00. I would contact a local web company and get a quote from them. They should be able to taylor it to your exact needs without it costing too much (Depending on the company).

I actually forgot about this :O!

Google Apps and Office 365 are already established and are used by millions. The Article is also a good read.

I have though about this but want to keep everything to a minimum until i know things are going well, then i would build on it and look at getting a system built.
