It's not only possible but easily accomplished using connectify which turns uses your wireless adaptor and Windows virtual wlan miniport to create a wireless access point for your other laptop.

If the 2 PCs are close to each other, you can also use an ethernet switch and run 2 ethernet wires off that. Example: Newegg.com - Rosewill RC-405X 10/100Mbps 5-Port Switch 5 x RJ45

well i got the application, but i can't make it work... the problem is that at the internet option it won't let me choose any internet connection ... any suggestions? do i have to make any other settings?

There are directions for setting this up all over the internet which I'm sure can explain the setup process for connectify better than I can as I've never used it before.

If you can't get it to work than most likely your adaptor doesn't support the feature. The adaptor should work if it has WHQL testing so updating the wireless driver to a WHQL approved one usually fixes any problems you might encounter.
