Some keys of keyboard are not working

Hi,


I am using windows 7 ULTIMATE 64 bit...from 3 months all of sudden some of the key of the keyboard like (ESC buttoon, PTRLSCR, RIGHT ARROW KEY, F5 Button) are not working


I tried to run the SFC/ SCannow command from CMD in normal mode but still the keys are not working.


Can any one help me on this??


Is it because some files are corrupted and can't be fixed or harware problem?

Welcome to Sevenforums!

Do you have access to another keyboard? If so plug that in & see if all the keys work. If they do, you know it's your keyboard.
Did you add any hardware or change or add any software?
Do you consume food while on you computer?

I am using a laptop and i don't remember if i installed any software which was incompatiable to the 64 bit version windows that time...usually i play online games and my Laptop gets heated


1 year back water spilled in my laptop and the laptop performs slowly when i run an update since that time not sure if that might have affected the processor or RAM and at the same damaged the keyboard?
