Someone Please HELP!

So, I love tech looking themes. Carbon fiber, wires, alien ware type stuff. Well here is the problem that I'm having. Every theme I find that I love have almost the exactlt same issue. I hate my windows being dark! Well, I found a theme I really love. I honestly didn't think anything was wrong with it. That is until I opened Internet Explorer and tried to look at my "favorites" its solid black! You can't even read the fonts because they are also black. So I've been looking around for the past few hours trying to find a way to change this small little detail.

Well, I haven't found anything! So I'm here asking if someone could tell me if/how I could change the color of the background in the favorites tab in IE. I would really appreciate some dirrection here. Thank you to anyone willing to help.

Hello Justin, most themes are made with 'Windows Style Builder' the reason your seeing black font on black back ground is because the theme maker has over looked it and / or nobody has reported it to the theme maker.

What theme are you using which does this, so I can check if that is the case? Usually making the theme maker aware of the problem would result in a fix (update)!!

It's called blue 7 crea

Not sure where I got it. I think it was in a pack called "windows 7 transformation pack" found on deviant art. I'm not sure thought.

Blue 7 Crea is a theme listed in CreativeX (The Bull's site) . I found it is a exe file of 9.11 mb. I dont use exe themes , so sorry pal I cannot taste it for you, though my intention was to do it .

Well I had the little nibble 'cos I was hungry/bored, I extracted and installed the theme and I'm sorry to report I get exactly the same thing. The only way you see anything is when you "mouse over". Would only say that it is probably what the designer intended. I would try and get in touch (through the site Arc mentions and: Either point it out (they may not know!) or if it is by design ask really nicely if they'll tweak it for you.

I really appreciate all the very good/quick advice guys. I don't know if that's how the developer intended it to be, but it's a horrible feature that doesn't fit the theme at all. I will get in contact with him later today after I get some sleep and let y'all know how it went.
