I had the same problem trying to upgrade my wife's NR-110e to the 64 bit version of Win7 Home Premium, but was able to get almost everything to work with the 32 bit version. You need to load some of the vista drivers and they don't work with the 64 bit version.
Load 32 bit version of Win7
From the Sony site, download
1. System Components
Firmware Extension Parser
Sony Shared Libraries
2. Notebook Control and Utilities
3. Memory Card Reader/Writer
Memory card reader driver registry patch
Flash media controller
I ran each of the files listed in order using the Vista compatibility mode:
Right click on the file,
Go to the compatibility menu,
Click on compatibility mode,
Select Vista (service pack 3),
Click on Administrator box,
Click apply,
Run the program.
After doing this everything works. The alps touch pad works, but you can't change any of the settings. The alps vista driver indicates it has compatibilty problems with vista. We don't use the touch pad anyway...hate them.
Good Luck
