For the past week or so when I open my start up menu I get the following error message. The message appears when I try to open the Documents, Pictures and music files. The data that was in these folders now appear in my personal folder at the top of the start screen on the right. How and why did they change location/ and what should I do with the error code just ignore it?

Hello Tomcat,

When you open those folders from your Start Menu buttons, it opens to the library location by default. You might see if the tutorial below may be able to help with this error for your libraries.

Library-ms is no longer working - Fix in Windows 7 and 8

Hope this helps, :)
Shawn
