Stop Code 24 in Safe Mode? Can't install SP1

I've been trying to install SP1 on my computer for a couple days now with no luck. (Tried update readiness tool, manual DL, etc). Thought I'd try in Safe Mode, but it crashed with code #24 during the install. Can someone more familiar with them analyze the attached diagnostics files and point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

Make it sure that the SSD is running with the latest firmware.

And Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.
