Hey everyone, for a while now I've been getting a lot of BSODS and random crashes shortly after startup and i don't know what is causing them. The problem does not seem to occur in safe mode.

Computer specs:
-Intel® Core™ i7-720QM Processor (1.6GHz, 6MB L3 Cache)
-8GB RAM 1066MHz DDR3 (2 DIMM)
-640GB HDD 5200RPM
-ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5650 graphics with 1024MB DDR3 dedicated graphics
-Microsoft® Windows® 7 Home Premium 64-bit-OEM
-Directx 11

- What is the age of system (hardware)?: Approximately 2 years
- What is the age of OS installation:Approximately 2 years

I have uploaded my mini dump files but had problems obtaining the performance report:"The system cannot find the path specified"

Thanks

My Computer

OS
Windows 7 - Vista
Ran into a problem:
I could not find Bluetooth VcommMgr Drivers and i can't uninstall it due to "The windows installer service could not be accessed"

-Uninstalled daemon tools

There was a stop error after running driver verifier. These are the mini dump files after the stop error

*I ran system restore but the latest restore point was 6 days ago, just stating incase this corrupts results

OS

You did have one crash since the previous one. It points to a graphics card driver issue. Try other driver versions starting with 11.9 and going up to 12.4. There have been some problems on some systems with the 12.x drivers, so that is why I recommend starting with 11.9 first.
  1. Download the drivers you want for your display card(s)
  2. Click Start Menu
  3. Click Control Panel
  4. Click Uninstall a program
  5. For AMD:
    • Uninstall AMD Catalyst Install Manager if it is listed (this should remove all AMD graphics software and drivers)
    • If AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed, use the following method to uninstall the graphics drivers (this applies to onboard graphics, as well):
      1. Click Start Menu
      2. Right Click My Computer/Computer
      3. Click Manage
      4. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
      5. Expand Display adapters
      6. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
        • Right click the adapter
        • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
        • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK

        Alternatively:
        1. Login as an adminstrative user
        2. Click Start Menu
        3. Click Control Panel
        4. Click Hardware and Sound
        5. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
