I just installed a study kit from microsoft for mcts exam. When i try to access the kit it is showing me the error,"Strongvault Online Backup The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable."
I tried to reinstall the kit again and was not helpful.
Please help me get around this error.

What is the name of the Microsoft study kit you installed? Was it really from Microsoft or from a 3rd party company? According to several posters in another thread, Strongvault might be crapware that gets installed when you install other apps.

The recommended solution appears to be to run Microsoft's Fixit that may automatically fix problems with programs that won't install or uninstall.
