As I told another reluctant user (I'd be too, not putting anyone down!) -

clean install time. Troubleshooting this with little experience doing that kind of thing will take far longer than a clean install.

You might get away with a repair install.

Or perhaps you can try removing all non-essential HDD and give it a shot at booting up.

You can make a bootable usb install key if you have one large enough.

Well for the two i've neglected to answer, What i did was since i have 3 hard drives, well technically two just one is split in two partitions, I did a clean install onto one of those partitions, and it repaired the other OS, for some reason this usually does the trick. I think there is an option on your disc management menu when you go to do a clean install that allows you to create a new partition, Though im not entirely sure, BUT one thing about a clean install it usually puts all my old stuff in a file named WINDOWS.OLD, and thats how you can get some of your important data back if you cant add another partiton. I know i am not very descriptive but i am 99.9% sure this is how i fixed my problem, Though it was a while ago. =) Best of luck, I'll try to help if you need further instruction. =)
