Stuck on Headset Mode

Morning all.
This is my first post, i was headache.

Initially my laptop died because it low battery and it was in a state of headset mode.
When booting time, the speaker is sound (BIOS sound). But when loging to windows the speaker is gone.
I have tried to Uninstalling windows 7 Ultimate x64 & driver for several times but the speaker still gone.

I hope someone can helpme.
