i am getting this last 2 years can't find root of the problem or what the prpblem is. Actually when my work fine it good (rare case) but when it start freezing it keep on freezing the way i am mentioning to u below:

First off I'd just start with using resource monitor and see what is going on,
Realtemp can also give you a heads up on temperatures and it also shows processor load which if freezing might be at 100% load
I can seriously see this happening on a dual core cpu
There have been so may reports of svchost.exe eating up cpu's and ram it's unbelievable Download Real Temp 3.70 | techPowerUp
