I can't give much info in terms of cost, but the computer you have chosen will perform very well, and give you some upgrading headroom down the road. I have an i3-2100 in my server right now, and it runs very well for the cost.

What about power?
Everybody told me 500W + those parts are bad.
Should i ask if they can give better one? Like 600W or something like that?^^

It isn't just the wattage you need to be concerned with. It's the quality of the PSU. I'm not familiar with that brand, which leads me to think it is a lesser known, generic type. I very good quality 500W PSU should work, but there's no harm in going a little higher in wattage.

Google says that system uses maybe 150 watts at idle and under 300 watts with a heavy load.

500 is plenty of watts. I have no idea if that Chieftec PSU is good, bad, or indifferent.

Get a Seasonic, XFX, or Corsair if you are concerned about it.
