help me for that problem

Welcome mahar to our Forum.

I suggest you...

* Boot the computer in safe mode and check if you face a similar issue

Safe mode is useful for troubleshooting problems with programs and drivers that might not start correctly, or that might prevent Windows from starting correctly. If a problem does not reappear when you start in safe mode, you can eliminate the default settings and basic device drivers as possible causes.

Steps to boot to safe mode:

> Restart the computer.

> Immediately after the screen goes blank for the first time tap the F8 key repeatedly.
The Windows Advanced Options menu appears.

> Select safe mode and press enter

> Boot to the desktop

Also have an Asus ha1002xp netbook with Win 7 Ultimate installed.
I can further highly recommend Startup Delayer (freeware from r2 Studios). While its primary function is to control what-loads-when, I don't use it for that--instead it has a "Running Tasks" tab which not only shows you everything that's running on the PC, the list can be sorted by hours/minutes/seconds of each process' actual start time so you can see exactly what has slowed-down your startup.

This list includes processes from logon, so will not help if your slowdown is occurring between the "Starting Windows" and "Welcome" displays.

Hi I don't know if this will be any help to you but it may be for others viewing this topic. I have recently learned from experience that if you have external hard drives plugged into your USB ports than windows will take alot longer to load to the desktop. I had 2x 2TB Seagates plugged into my usb 3.0 slots and my boot time went from under 30 seconds to almost 3 minutes! Out of curiosity next time I booted I unplugged them and my time was back in the seconds. So just disconnect anything not needed and plug them in once windows is loaded. Hope I was helpful to you or someone else :)

Start up slowness mainly caused by conflict between security software. May i ask you what security set up you have? I mean what AV, firewall or any other security software you use. What was your previous AV? Did you remove that by proper uninstaller designed by the vendor? Leftover from previous AV can decrese system performance.

Hello mahar and welcome to SevenForums.

First have a look at this tutorial:
http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70563-boot-up.html

If you want to speed up your Shut Down, there is a Tutorial here

Just before Cleaning via CCleaner, run Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmenter.

Then I would download and open CCleaner and use CCEnhancer for more features. Then go to the Clean Tab, Analyze and run the Cleaner. Next go to Tools (NEVER GO TO REGISTRY) and select Startup, select them all and select Disable and then Remove.

Then click on CCleaner's Uninstall Tab and remove anything you don't need or use. Ask here if you are unsure if it is safe to remove or not, or you could Google it.

Next, read this article:
99 ways to Make Your Computer Blazingly Fast

This guide was intended for Windows XP, but I would ignore Step 2, Step 10, Step 11, Step 16, Step 28, Step 37.

Another guide can be found here:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/11728-optimize-windows-7-a.html

I would next run an SFC Scan and a Check Disk Scan.

The final thing I would do is open MSConfig again, select Boot and select No GUI Boot, this will disable the Boot Animation.

Finally I would use MSE and Malwarebytes to check for Viruses and Malware.

If none of these steps help, please report back.
