Tab key is spammed when i opening laptop

so i noticed whenever i open my sister's laptop the tab key is like pressed repeatedly cuz when the desktop loads up some of the icons are getting highlighted back and fourth and it only stops when i press the tab key
it doesnt happen again after that..it only happens everytime i turn on the laptop


sory for my english but hopefully i explained it clear enough

i dont thinkit has anything to do with that...its very clean and it doesnt do it again after the startup...it only happpens when thelaptop is started

i clean it already and if it is jammed it shouldnt only happen at startup....it doesnt happen again after startup
