Solved Teamviewer Question

Network Engineer
I use Teamviewer off and on. Today I decided to update the app and use it.
Everything was going fine between the two machines (on the same network) until the session upbruptly ended after 9 minutes and 25 seconds. I have never had that happen to me before!!!
I used to be able to connect for hours with my old laptop to my newer, faster desktop to run Dynamips. Sometimes I would use it at school (college).

I use the free version. The remote PC has newest version of Teamviewer installed, the other was running the portable version. Are there now time restrictions, or did the connection just fail? Niether machine lost internet. Both machines run 7 Ultimate x64 (both wireless).

I have Comcast business class here at my private office. Could that be the trouble?

I use Teamviewer quite a bit, and I've found that it doesn't seem to work as well over two wireless connections. Sometimes, however, it does just drop, maybe if their service gets overloaded. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I had TeamViewer disconnect last night. It had been connected 3 weeks straight non-stop. So it was probably just a drop in their server or an internet bump.

TeamViewer, +10 can't live without it ! ;) :geek: ;)
