When I run CCleaner, I continually get lots of IE Temporary Internet Files to delete.
I have never used IE, of any flavor, since Win 95.
Also, IE is unchecked in Windows Features.
I'm curious why I continue to see TIF.

Some other programmes will use parts of IE to work proper, even though you don't use IE and you say it is not on pc, the guts of IE is still there and some other programmes will use these services. Before you run CCleaner again have a look at the TIF and you will most probably find that they look very familiar from being shown in some other program you didn't realize was relying on IE's HTML code. My missus only uses firefox and there is always TIF in IE, in short nothing to worry about.
