My 2011 build, with an OCZ vertex2 finally got so bad I had to install a bigger ssd. I tried to clone the Ocd to the kingston, but no luck lol. This is why I am on your awesome site that I had forgotten about. I finally got Sp1 installed through your great links and advice.
I was still having problems with win update, until I finally realized I had not installed the driver for my Dlink wireless card, witch I got done this morning. I had internet via cat5, but as soon as I installed the wireless driver, update started. I have downloaded and installed 175+ updates lol.
I am still on my quest to get win 10 back onto this HTPC. Thanks again!
