the email from a particular website is being received in gmail Bin tab

Hi, the gmails from a particular website directly goes to bin folder and not in spam folder as other mails used to be .
what would be the reason for a gmail directly going to bin folder?
can i change this behaviour in my gmail settings.
The site is amazon in which I use for login. normally your logon requires otp and this otp is sent to your gmail.
Usually i receive the otp mail, in my inbox or spam. These are the two tabs that usually contain the incoming gmails.
But I found no otp mail in these two boxes, and I just clicked bin folder and all the otp mails received there.
Why the received emails directly went to the bin folder/tab.
How do I fix this
Moreover, whenever I start a new thread or reply, there is a box within the reply or starting box?Is there any miss on my part?Please see this starting thread and I type in the box within the reply box

Hi, I am still expecting reply from experts on gmail. I also request the moderator to transfer to mail sub forum to get me the solution. Normally mails are received either in inbox or spam folder and not in bin folder

Right click on it and move to inbox then can you right clcik and choose no spam. It sounds like it been reported as spam at some point and after a certain time it just get copied to the bin
