The New "My Yahoo" Is Full Of Clutter

Hello,
I have windows 7 and downloaded the new "my yahoo" by mistake. I do not like it and want to go back to the old "my yahoo". But yahoo tech. support says once downloaded, I cannot go back. So I figured if I reinstalled windows 7, I might be able to get the old my yahoo back. Well it worked for a while but after I logged in again, the "New My Yahoo" came back on my screen. Is there a solution?

Because Yahoo mail is not a program there is no turning back time clock,
Many had issues with the new outlook.com format for Hotmail which they also have cut off any return ports to the older format some time ago,

As it stands now, I prefer the "Yahoo" over "New My Yahoo". So I did manage to delete some applications to clean some of it. If I locate a browser that gives me a menu bar, I'll try it and see if it is as near as good as Yahoo with the exception of all that junk they expose us too on their front page.

If you like, put something like Google as your home page, it will load quickly, and no flash, ads, etc. Then put Yahoo on one of your speed dials. That way you can go there when you want to read news, etc.

I suppose a menu bar could be the favorites bar in internet explorer, "ie" Quick dial I use it for my top four or five sites,
If you need a longer list use the Favorites lists/ make your own folder and get rid of or ignore the premade ones.

I did a similar work-around. I went into internet options and deleted the yahoo address and typed in my local news web address. clicked on 'apply" and "ok" and then no more yahoo front page with all their clutter. MY favorites, mail, bookmarks etc are still in their original locations. What Yahoo should have done was to let people add what they wanted to see on the home page. I also downloaded Firefox and it allows people to do this. It also has a menu bar that is hidden and one can bring it up by pressing the alt key, then right click on an empty section of the tab strip and check menu bar in the pop up menu.
Yahoo members seem to be having problems with mail since they introduce the new "MY Yahoo" and I think problems are expanding into other areas as well because the yahoo page stops running and needs to be reloaded. That is what is happening to me. It could be my registry and I will check it.
