That data is from 11 am yesterday your time - before you apparently managed to do the fix.
you need to copy the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log file to the desktop, again, zip it, and upload it.

None of the files appear to have been correctly replaced...
Please open an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following commands
DIR C:\mediax86
DIR C:\Windows\winsxs\med*.*
post the results.
Here are some instructions to make life easier 1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt. 2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once. 3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

Modified from Noel's original post - refer back to the original if more information is needed.
I've uploaded a file to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Print these instructions - you'll restart your machine a few times.
Download and save mediax86.zip
Right-click on the zip file, select Extract all...
Change the target to C:\ - then click Extract
Save any work in progress and close all programs
Restart your machine in Windows Repair Environment (WinRE)
After the machine shuts down, but before Windows loads (blank / black screen) start tapping F8.
The Advanced Boot Menu is displayed.
'Repair my Computer' is first in the list - select this option. Being at the top, it is easily missed, read the screen carefully
When WinRE loads, login in with your username and password.
Select Command Prompt from the options listed, you first need to identify the partition the zip file is on - it might not be C: in WinRE, so for each drive letter, list the drive for the zip file until it is found, record the drive letter it was found.
In the Command Prompt window type:
DIR C:\mediax86
-->press enter after each DIR command
If the file is found, you can stop, otherwise, continue listing each drive letter until you know where the file is located. (DIR D:\mediax86, DIR E:\mediax8, DIR F:\mediax86, etc)
Use the drive letter where the zip file was found in the next command
XCOPY <driveletter>:\mediax86 <driveletter>:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h
If the zip file was found on drive F:, the command would be
XCOPY F:\mediax86 F:\windows\winsxs /y /i /s /v /h
:note:The XCOPY should take very little time
Type EXIT and press the Enter key when the prompt returns (the copy is complete)
Restart your machine in Windows Normal mode.
Run SFC /SCANNOW in an Elevated Command Prompt
Restart your machine one more time
Upload the new CBS.log file to a post on your thread.
I'm not sure if reworking Noel's instructions helps or not, it seemed as though wobler1 might benefit.
