Weird thing is other than that there are no issues with Win 7.

there are gadgets that will shut down windows if your happy with your tweeks, you may want to look at that.

I just added the shortcuts "shutdown -s -t 00" "shutdown -r -t 00" etc. Would be great to get them back into the start menu though.
