Unhandled Exception

How can i enable debugging here in this application , the error here is about the value,whenever i try to do something with the application a pop-up comes and it says that for further task you have to change the value and at the bottom it asks to do debugg or do anything else which is completely out of my understanding, and also what is parameter (screen shot at the bottom) this is what appears. and under it there is:

I might be wrong but looking at that line you may be trying to run a zipped file straight from a temp folder, have you tried downloading the file to the desktop, extracting the contents and then running the file ?

While Thank you Pauly for telling me this , but even after extracting the file on the desktop is till get the same error instead the line you showed in your message was changed to this:
