Unplugging USB's causes computer to break

So this bug seems to only happen about 50% of the time when I unplug USB devices from my computer. When I play certain games I have to unplug my racing wheel and flight sticks and doing so sometimes causes my computer to start beeping and stuttering. The beeping and stuttering only happens when I either move the mouse or click a button on the mouse so I am wondering if it's got something to do with the mouse but I've had the mouse for a while and have only encountered this bug fairly recently. Anyone heard of this before? Any suggestions as to what I should do?

Well I doubt it's the mouse
You have a i7 what exactly and also what is your power supply so please fill in the rest of your system spec's and also include which antivirus you use as well as any other third party utility,
Use Clean boot,

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,

I've updated my systems specs as those were outdated. I only have like 4 things start with windows, steam, teamviewer, NVIDIA stuff, and one other program I use. I've always had these startup with Windows so it can't be any of them causing the issues.

Also do you use the free version of mbam ?

Windows defender in win-7 isn't really a good enough antivirus program
Please consider panda free

I'd also still like to see what non M$ processes you have running if you'd be so kind

Yikes looks like you did quite a bit of updating

I'd do a clean install quite frankly if 10 is now your os,

Nah there's no way I can do a clean install. If that is the only fix to the problem then I'll just learn to deal with restarting my computer everytime it happens.

Win-10 also has in it's system restore options to keep all of your personal files and only remove existing apps/ programs.

Many people prefer a clean install it is the best way to fix weird issues from the upgrade process.
