Upgrade Win7 from Spanish to English

My HP TouchSmart 300 (December 09) PC, OE Win 7 Premium works only in "Spanish" as I purchased this PC in Mexico where I presently reside on a temporary basis for the winter. I do not speak Spanish.

I want to use the "Anytime Upgrade" to upgrade from Win 7 Premium to Win 7 Ultimate. Windows 7 Ultimate has 'English' language amongst it's multiple language possibilities.

Is there any reason why I should not be able to install the upgrade English language Windows 7 Ultimate over the HP OE Spanish language Windows 7 Premium?

Your advice and experience will be appreciated...!

You cant change the language pack with your version of Windows7...I believe you need Ultimate or Enterprise to do that..

I should clarify my question.

I already have Win7 Premium Hewlett Packard (HP) OE in 'Spanish' language.

I want to use Microsoft "Anytime Upgrade" offer to upgrade from Win7 Premium to Win7 "Ultimate" for the primary purpose of changing HP OE Win7 from Spanish to English.

My question is would there be any problem using this upgrade to change the HP OE Spanish language Win7 Premium to English Win7 Ultimate?
