Solved Upgrading to Windows Ultimate

Hello there,

I'm currently on, Windows 7 Home Premium, And would like to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate. I've got the disk, I'm just worrying, Should I just Insert It while I'm logged on? Or will I have to download an Installer?
