octomobiki - Although I install, activate, and do the things Microsoft requires for legally installed software so that the program can "know" it is Ok for the user to download and activate other components, for some reason in Windows 7, after I have installed MS Office 2003 Standard, and it is activated, ==> When I run pfbackup.exe - a Microsoft program that backs up Outlook essentials ==>Thanks for your post. ahhh good call boss. I threw it out as a suggestion because I know myself, sometimes I think of the hardest solution just to have someone come up and say "why not this?" and then I bang my head against the wall
