USB drive doesn't appear in Windows Explorer?

Hello,
i'm using windows 7 32 bit, and laptop is Dell Inspiron n5010

I have a problem with a usb flash drive that is not recognized in My Computer.
It's strange because I have 2 same usb sticks, first one is white (32 GB) and second one is black (32 GB), just the same like on this picture -> http://s7.postimg.org/udeb5hvuj/black_white.jpg

White usb drive works fine, when I plug in, it immediately runs auto play and I'm able to view my files.
But black usb drive is not recognized, when I plug in, there is a sound which is usually heard when usb drive is plugged in, but there is no autoplay and new drive is not visible in My Computer folder.

P.S. I used same usb port on my laptop to be sure it works, and it works with white usb drive but not with black one. Moreover I changed to other usb port, every usb port works fine with white one, but problem is obviously with black usb drive.

I went into Device Manager and there is a yellow exclamation mark near one of the USB mass storage devices. When I enter properties inside Device Status it says: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I tried to update driver for this device but it ends like this: http://s14.postimg.org/5bp6pmbz5/Capture1.png

Is there any chance to save this usb flash drive of 32 gb?

I've tried that "Diagnose and fix Windows USB problems automatically" and it didn't work. It says that there are no any problems that require troubleshooting.

Also, I've tried this option "Hardware devices are not working or are not detected in Windows"
and also didn't work.

Most probably I'm going to disassemble my usb flash drive to see if there are any problems ...

I've tried everything from your link and especially that option with "Manually fix corrupted registry entries"

but I didn't manage to find correct
class GUID for USB --- >36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000
(for USB host controllers and hubs) inside of Registry, so I did not managed to
do that successfully.

Leave the registry edit for later (I am not home to guide you in detail). Please create a manual System Restore point - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html

- remove the USB drive and restart PC
- download and run DriveCleanup as admin - Drive Tools for Windows
- restart PC and scan with CCleaner - https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
- restart PC and insert USB drive.

* DriveCleanup will delete all drivers for un-attached devices. They will re-install when you plug them in.

I did what you said, and then restarted pc. After that I plugged in usb drive, and it looked like pc will recognize it but nothing.

I was fast enough to take snapshot of situation after I plug in usb drive:

And after a minute this:

Are you looking at the correct spot in registry?
