I replaced the CPU and waited to see if I would get a BSOD. I did get one after about a week of use, and I am attaching the dump if you want to see it. This is a fresh install of Windows after the new CPU.
I ran Prime95 again with both tests. The Large FFT test lasted much longer, lasting 4 hours before I stopped it manually. With Blend, 1 core failed after 1.5 hours and the other ones are still running 2 hours in. Edit: I finished up Blend. The last core failed after ~9 hours. I'm running a longer Large FFT test now. Edit 2: I ran Large FFT for 10 hours with no failures.
Should I go ahead and warranty the motherboard? The new CPU did change the Prime95 results, so maybe both the motherboard and CPU are bad? The PSU is a few years old also, but I haven't had any problems with it before the new hardware.
