video card for dell 545s

can anyone recommend a video card and psu for a dell 545s would like to spend about $400 but can spend more if i have too, im in brisbane Australia

According to the dell website you can put a ATi Radeon HD 3650 in this computer, no mention of a power supply replacement.

You didn't mention that it must be a low-profile card. (The 545s is a "slim" desktop.)

Sorry, I looked at the 545 the first time and got the video card wrong. The 545s can use an ATi Radeon HD 4350 512 MB, no mention that it must be a low profile card but it did say it is a "slim" desktop.
