Virtual Machines on can't see each other

I just wanted to post the solution to my problem now. Basically today I have done the same as I did yesterday, but for some reason it worked. Well, I did one additional thing, which was to turn off the windows firewall on my exchange server.

So, now I have one Exchange Server without firewall and only one local connection, and one Windows Server 2003 with a local connection and one internet connection. After disabling the firewall, I typed "ipconfig \release" and "ipconfig \renew" in both my servers to refresh the IP addresses... and miraculously everything worked fine.

Thanks so much everyone for your help yesterday!!
Lil.

I'm glad to hear you got it working. The sad part is I was going to recommend turning off any firewall software but for some reason I forgot to mention it in my posts. I'm sorry!
