Vista -> Win7 7068 = Start Menu not working

I'm not happy with it but this definitely works.
Tidy up the contents of the all programs menu by creating some holder folders: typically in: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs. Move your shortcuts and shortcut folders into them (I made "Image", "Security", "File Management", "Office", "Internet") till you have a total around 70 max. Restart explorer.exe (or logout/login) (tho I didn't need this step).
Done - everything back but neater.
Really this is a crappy bug, I'm still on the RC so maybe they've fixed it.

They've fixed it in RTM

Sorted in RTM. Was very annoying having to reorganise start menu shortcuts to work around this. More annoying for me was that this bug wasn't consistent on all environments. Sometimes it appeared on x86 machines, and sometimes it did not. Same for x64.
